Why this is an awesome role

You will end up in a great international team. The role gives you lots of freedom and independence. You will have the opportunity to influence the content people (from 30 to 60M MAU) see on our portals!
As our performance marketeer you will grow our third-party revenue through the integration, launch and management of games from partners in our portals.

What will you do?

We need you to manage the relationship with existing partners based on game portfolio per channel/region, game performance, and company targets.
Nurturing existing partnerships by providing information and assistance to promote a successful cooperation and optimize revenue.

You will analyze performance with a key focus on monetization and kpi’s. This can be on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, whilst coordinating marketing activities to optimize this performance. Closely investigating the game life cycle and making decisions on whether to continue or sunset games.
We will provide you with the room to initiate and own projects focused on acquiring or retaining users, converting users into making a payment and increasing spend.

This is a role where you will be visible throughout the organization by working closely with our Legal and Finance department on contracts, terms updates, reports, and invoices. But also cooperating with various internal stake holders to warranty the best game experience and help resolving game issues affecting play-ability and monetization.
Doing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Finally, you will make sure that everyone stays up to date by creating weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Who are you?

We would like you to be a fun, smart, motivated person who is looking for a position with lots of ownership and freedom to grow and see results.

Next to that, if you have a degree in Marketing, Communication, BA or similar, that would be great.

You are either experienced in product management, performance marketing, or partnership management in online business (e-commerce or web). If you are crazy about optimization of relevant KPIs and conversions, we already really like you.

In possession of excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of online metrics, you can dazzle us with your insights and knowledge.

If you have been exposed to analytics software such as GoogleAnalytics, SEMRush and anything else relevant, that’s a huge check.

If you can complete that with knowledge of the online gaming market (and quite possibly being a gamer yourself), you are a strong candidate to invite for an interview. As you will be communicating throughout the company and with 3rd parties, having strong interpersonal and communication skills is a given.
Top that off with high quality and accuracy, passionate and a drive to execute decisions as well as having awesome English skills…. We already like you.
